Terminal 1：For flights other than from USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.
Terminal 2：For flights from USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.

2. If you have requested the Airport - Hotel transfer services:
(1) Upon arrival at Taoyuan International Airport and finishing with immigration, baggage claim and customs formalities, please look for the driver with "Dynasty Package" signboard at waiting area of Arrival Hall to transfer you to the hotel. （Please refer to illustrations above for the place of waiting area in Terminal 1 or Terminal 2）
(2) The driver will wait for one hour only. If you could not get through
formalities within an hour, please contact the 24-hour service
