Dusiaoyue Noodles
Dusiaoyue was the brainchild of Tainan fishermen seeking to boost their income when the catch was not good and sold at roadside shops. They are made of ground pork and egg noodles in a thick broth of chives and bean sprouts. Dusiaoyue is located on Taian City' s Jhongjheng Rd. and it uses the meat from the pig´s flank for the right mixture of fat and lean meat, which is canned and sold separately.

Jhongwai Moon Cakes
Jhongwai Moon Cakes has been in business for eight decades and is a delicacy of Zuoying in Kaohsiung City. Aside from the moon cakes, mung bean cakes, mung bean sesame cakes and lemon cakes are on sale. One box of the cakes is in the shape of chess pieces, so you letting you "gobble up" the enemy!

Dream Mall
Dream Mall was open for business in 2007, bringing more shoppers to Kaohsiung and attracting local and international tourists. There are two buildings to the complex. A cultural exhibit showing regional, traditional and modern brewing and distilling techniques for the making of alcoholic beverages.
